BlueWorks Studio provides creative design and digital services including but not limited to:

• Brand identity and visual design
• UI/UX design for web and mobile
• Motion graphics and animation
• Digital product design and consulting

The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project are defined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to the client prior to commencement of work.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of BlueWorks Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for a project, the client receives ownership of the final agreed deliverables. BlueWorks Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project briefs and materials
• Timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays
• Ensuring they hold the rights to any content or assets they supply
• Payment according to the agreed schedule

5. Payment & Refunds

Payment terms are outlined in the individual project proposal. Generally:

• A deposit is required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before final file delivery
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, BlueWorks Studio reserves the right to invoice for work completed up to the point of cancellation.

6. Limitation of Liability

BlueWorks Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
